I Was Born to Eat…

I started my Birthday Grub Fest a bit late… my sweet son had an entire “Mommy’s Birthday” presentation ready for me in the morning… I’m all about eating, but, c’mon now. I’ve got my priorities!!

Anyway, I finally stepped foot out the door after 3:30pm (BITE ME!!) and opted for a “light” BREAKFAST since I’m recovering from a bit of tummy nausea… an Ultimate Mocha with Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans, and a Mini Belgium Waffle with Nutella from the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

But, I was still a little hungry (surprise, surprise…),
so, topped off breakfast with a slice of 3-cheese pizza…

That’s should keep me un-hungry for the next hour…

Considering I had a “late breakfast”… and basically trying to fit in a “LUNCH” somewhere before dinner, for the sake of being able to say, “this is what I had for lunch!”… I decided to go with a healthier selection :)

Caesars Salad (okay, I piled on the croutons, parmesan cheese, hard cooked eggs, and maybe a scoop or two of potato salad…)

… and a small slice of cheese cake <3

(Note: I have NO idea why these photos are so blurry… boooohisss!! :( )

It was finally DINNER time and I was ready to get scary serious…

I started with Top Sirloin Steak, Italian Sausages, California Rolls, Mac & Cheese, and Steamed White Rice. Weird combination, I know… but, I was STARVING!!

And if I may add… as a former pesco-vegetarian), Beef Is Soooooooooo Yummy!!

Anyway, after cleaning out that plate, I decided to give my tummy a little rest and collect myself some Fresh Oysters.

Mind you, I’ve never tried these suckers before… let alone, RAW… but, I’m happy to report that they’re pretty good :) The gooey texture might take some getting used to tho… but, not bad!

So, now that I was completely full… I went for some Chocolate Vanilla Swirl Ice Cream with Mini-M&Ms and Chocolate Syrup.

So creamy and refreshing… you can never be too full for ice cream!!

But then…. wait for it… wait for it…

I realized I’m still hungry :)

I grabbed a plate of Freshly Made Fettuccine Alfredo, more California Rolls (because I’m a Japa Girl!), and a Corn on a Cob…

(Note: Again, I have NO idea why these photos came out so blurry… the clear pix on here were taken with my Blackberry… !! :( )

After I licked that plate clean, it was time for dessert (again)…

Mmmmm… Tiramisu <3

Each ladyfinger biscuit was dipped in… chocolate!!

Of course, I wouldn’t be me, if I stopped there…

Broiled Salmon, Fried Tomatoes with Seasoned Bread Crumbs,
and yet another Corn on the Cob…

I was completely stuffed (I SWEAR!!!)… so, it was time for my final dessert (for real, this time!!)…

Caramel, Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding…

I ended my Birthday Dinner on a HEALTHY note (sorta)…

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries (FRUIT!!!),
Mini-Hazelnut Bars, and Mocha Cream filled Wafers…

No, it’s not totally over yet…

After dinner, my boyfriend (oh, stop… it’s my 9/yo son, so, nothing to gossip about…) treated me to a movie… “Despicable Me”!  (super cute… we were on the floor, laughing the entire time.  but, before taking my word for it, keep in mind that my son & I laugh at pretty much… EVERYTHING.)

Anyway, Joshua got me a snack (I need help, I know I do)…
All Beef Hot Dog and Crinkle-Cut Fries from Nathan’s Famous…

… and a Vanilla Soft Serve <3

I think I ate enough for the rest of the week :)
Happy Birthday to MEEEEEEE!!!!
