Once again, we’re back at our favorite local Japanese restaurant… Nagoya. Great food, super-friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and convenient location!
*California Roll*… this is all J eats now. 2 orders, all to himself! Crab meat, cucumber slices, and avocado wrapped in nori (dried seaweed) and steamed, sushi rice.
My favorite sushi at Nagoya is the *Crunchy Roll*… not exactly sure what’s in there cuz they don’t last very long outside my mouth. Crab meat, shrimp tempura, carrots (I *think* that’s what that little orange thing is in the pic), rolled in nori and rice, wrapped in rice paper, and drizzled with a sweet sauce (kinda like teriyaki). OMG, they’re sooooo good!!
